I’m surprised that novelty gifts are so popular. I guess people just love gadgets; men and women. I’ve been checking out a lot of novelty gifts for him lately because I’m thinking of what to buy my man. He’s quite difficult to buy for. He’s very fussy. Although whenever we go out to the shops he always finds things he loves and wants to buy.

The budget doesn’t usually allow us to buy everything we want, whose budget does really, so sometimes I like to surprise him with a little gift. So I’ve been searching on the net to see what’s available. I found a UK site which I like so I’ll probably stick with that one. They deliver pretty much anywhere so that suits me. Now it’s just a matter of deciding what I like, or really, what he’ll like.

Sometimes I wonder if it’s a good idea to surprise him with a gift because he seems to love shopping so much. Maybe I’m denying him by buying something without him, even if it’s for him. Only time will tell I guess.

Not only is my man fussy but he also only ever wants unique or personalised gifts. The kind of thing that no one else has. That’s generally a bit difficult but I have found a few things he might be interested in:

• Swiss Army Knife type thingy.
• Space Pen which writes upside down.
• Telescope or spotter.
• Heart rate monitor (he loves the gym).
• Binary watch. He’d go crazy for that.
• Pen which scans text which you can transfer to the computer.

Ok, that last one is probably of more interest to me. So all these novelty gifts can be bought online which saves me pushing through the crowds.
